WHAT CLIENTS SAY

Real Stories, Real Impact

"I feel incredibly fortunate to have Vincent and Julie as my supervisors. They each bring their own strengths, which means I get the best of both worlds in my professional growth. With Julie, I’ve deepened my understanding of traditional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with autism, and we often review key concepts from the Test Content Outline together. With Vincent, I’ve gained practical and effective strategies for managing and reducing challenging behaviors. Their combined mentorship has not only strengthened my skills but also expanded my perspective in the field."

Dianne M.

Illinois, US

"Vincent and Julie have been invaluable in guiding me as a mother navigating the world of ABA. They have helped me unlearn the misguided principles from my daughter’s past ABA experiences and have patiently re-taught me the right way. Their knowledge and dedication have made all the difference in helping me with Khloe’s progress. I often wish they would open their own clinic because the vision I have for how ABA should be is exactly what they embody."

Viveca A.

Florida, US

"Julie and Vincent have helped me tremendously with understanding the terminology and putting it into application. They provide clear and constructive feedback that leads me to critically think to foster a deeper understanding [of ABA]."

Shalonda H

Connecticut, US

"I’m a newly certified BCBA. Unfortunately, I connected with Vincent after I got certified and not before. I learned so much from him, and still do to this day. Every supervisee deserves a competent and compassionate supervisor like Vincent that’s up-to-date with effective treatment modalities."

Dan L.

New York, US

"When you fail the BCBA exam, you have to ask yourself what you will do differently so that you will pass on the next attempt. I was lucky enough to connect with Behavior Blueprint. I was able to do one-on-one coaching with experienced and knowledgeable BCBAs at prices that I felt were reasonable on an RBT income. They know their stuff, and I went into the test after working with them and passed! Highly recommend!"

Hal F.

Hawaii, US

"When I found Vincent and Julie, I was ready to give up on becoming a BCBA. After six failed attempts, I felt defeated and started to question if I would ever pass. They took the time to truly understand how I learn and built a study plan tailored to my needs instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach. They helped me recognize my strengths and rebuild my confidence in a way that finally made the material click. After just two months of working with them, on my seventh attempt, I finally passed. I will always be grateful for their support and guidance. I only wish I had found them sooner, because I truly believe I would have passed much earlier."

COMMON QUESTIONS

Everything You Need To Know

No, our parent coaching services provide only educational support. If you're seeking clinical care or therapy, please reach out so we can discuss appropriate next steps that align with your state's requirements.

Remote client observations are conducted through secure video platforms where you can share your screen or camera to show your work with clients. We'll guide you through the technical setup and provide feedback on your implementation of ABA techniques in real-time or through recorded sessions.

We provide step-by-step guidance on completing your M-FVF forms, including proper documentation of supervision hours, activities completed, and competency areas addressed. We'll review your forms before submission to ensure accuracy and compliance with BACB requirements.

Our supervision focuses on practical, real-world application of ABA principles with personalized feedback. We emphasize ethical practice, cultural responsiveness, and evidence-based interventions. Unlike one-size-fits-all programs, we tailor supervision to your specific learning style and career goals.

We provide concentrated supervision following the 2025 and 2027 guidelines.

For concentrated fieldwork, BCBA trainees must receive supervision equal to at least 10% of their total fieldwork hours during each supervisory period. This means that for every 10 fieldwork hours completed, at least 1 hour must be supervised. While BACB guidelines allow 2-13 supervision hours per month, our program sets a higher internal standard, requiring a minimum of 8 supervision hours per supervisory period. Under our minimum standards, trainees may complete between 20 and 80 concentrated fieldwork hours per supervisory period. At the maximum supervision level allowed under the 2025 BACB concentrated fieldwork requirements, 13 supervision hours would allow up to 130 concentrated fieldwork hours in a supervisory period.

Under the 2027 BACB concentrated fieldwork requirements, trainees must receive supervision equal to at least 7.5% of their total monthly fieldwork hours, including a minimum of 90 cumulative minutes of direct client observation each month. To exceed these BACB supervision requirements and support high-quality fieldwork, our program provides 10% supervision each month and requires a minimum of 8 supervision hours monthly. Under our minimum standards, trainees may complete between 20 and 80 concentrated fieldwork hours per month. At the maximum supervision level permitted under the 2027 BACB requirements, 16 supervision hours would allow up to 160 concentrated fieldwork hours per month.

Focus on establishing clear goals, understanding ethical guidelines, and building foundational skills in data collection and basic interventions. We'll help you create a supervision contract, set up your tracking systems, and ensure you're comfortable with the supervision process before diving into more complex competencies.
